When our rooms have received your referral letter our administration staff will forward by mail your appointment details.
Your referral letter is ESSENTIAL in order for us to properly prioritise your appointment
You will also need to complete patient information forms that you can download from our website, under the button: For Patients: Before your appointment.
COVID 19 UPDATE:
Unless otherwise specified by our staff, ALL appointments will be by telehealth (either phone call or Skype if requested) until COVID 19 restrictions are lifted.
If you have been booked for a face to face appointment at our rooms, only 1 patient at a time will be seen.
Please wait outside in the lounge and notify our staff by phone that you have arrived.
